Guided by a strong sense of curiosity, I dive into the reality of strategy and execution. I expose where they rub against each other; I articulate inconsistencies in relevant and accessible language, while always respecting the people involved. I do this at various levels of the organization and also in collaboration with trade unions and works councils.

I can work with critical stakeholders, bring them together, facilitate decision-making, and take steps toward restoring and improving cooperation. I therefore enjoy working in environments characterized by ambition, change, tension, complexity, or conflicting interests. With my communication style and motivational strength, I can convey difficult messages with effective outcomes, including during reorganizations and redundancies. I’m known for my critical perspective and direct, though respectful, communication style.
